2026年度の石彫公開制作は、田中 毅（TANAKA Tsuyoshi）氏をお迎えすることとなりました。
なお、今年度は公募ではなく、理事会にて選定を行いました。

大きく作りたいのですが、石の性算や制作期間を思って、これ位の大きさにしました。
小矢助とかノミで彫るのが好きで、伊予の青石は自分にとって手強い石ですが、彫ってみたい石。
なので、制作期間を延ばしてでも納得できる作品にしたいと思ってます。
体がもってくれるかどうか心配ですが、よろしくお願いいたします。

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Tsuyoshi Tanaka has been selected as the invited sculptor for the 2026 Uchinuki 21 Project.
Please note that this year’s artist was selected by the secretariat, not through an open call.
