Elena Saracino エレナ・サラチーノ氏
1976年イタリア・ウーディネ生まれ。
2008年カッラーラ美術大学彫刻専科を最高点で卒業。大理石彫刻工房に通い石彫の技術を研鑽。カッラーラ市より「石材デザイナー」の資格認定。
2006年以降、個展、グループ展、国際彫刻シンポジウム・国際交流展への参加多数。受賞多数。
固定的で幾何学的な底部と有機的で流動的な上部がメビウスの輪の無限のイメージのように調和しつながっている。この動的な回路は、終わりも始まりもないけれども、陰と陽が重なり万物を創造する、時間も境界線もない自然界の法則のように、その連続した動きを２つの対立間の理想的なバランスとして造形化できる。
これは私の作品の多くに繰り返される概念です。

Work to be realized from a block of dark stone having these dimensions: L160 H130 D100 cm.
The proposed work is the transformation of an ideal element suspended between two opposite states. In fact, it’s solid and geometric at the base and organic fluid over, however, within a harmonic connection that sees the image as of an infinite loop. This circuit in motion has no end beginning, and yet it’s possible to fix continuous motion in a plastic from that determines the ideal balance between the two parties. It’s the same concept that recurs in my works, where positive and negative come together in an overlapping, is revealed the fixed view of a law with no time or boundaries, like a law that creates everything in nature.
